About
Built by a software engineer from Kadapa.
OPDesk is OPD software for small clinics in India: patient search, tokens, a one-screen consultation, and e-prescriptions on letterhead. Launching first in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.

Where it started
OPDesk started with a question from a busy general practice: why does a 3-minute consult still run on a paper register? Built by a software engineer from Kadapa.
The one rule
Every feature must survive this test: does it disappear during a three-minute consultation? If a doctor has to think about the software while a patient is talking, the software has failed. That rule is why OPDesk has no IPD module, no lab module and no pharmacy module.
Why turf, not blue
Every health-tech logo in India is blue. OPDesk is the daylight of a private chamber: alabaster paper, turf green like the nameplate on the door. Not a hospital corridor, and not another cyan logo in the same feed.
What we will not do
- We will not lock you in. Your data is yours. Write and we will arrange a copy of your records, with no fee.
- We will not sell your patients’ data. Not to a pharmacy, not to a diagnostics chain, not to an insurer. Not ever.
- We will not ship a feature you did not ask for if it adds a click to a screen you use through the day.
