The pilot

Every plan starts with a free 1-month pilot. No credit card. Request a demo. Your records are not deleted at the end of the pilot. Ask and we will arrange a copy of your records.

Subscription and billing

Published prices are yearly, per clinic, in INR, exclusive of GST. No setup fee. We invoice you. Write to hello@myopdesk.com to stop. The service runs to the end of the paid year. We do not pro-rate part years, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.

What we promise

We do not publish an uptime percentage. There is no status page yet.
The service runs in a browser with an internet connection.

Your data is yours. Ask and we will arrange a copy of your records.

What we ask

Do not share logins outside your clinic’s staff.
Use OPDesk for care at your clinic.
You remain the treating clinician. OPDesk records decisions; it does not make them.

Clinical responsibility

OPDesk is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It does not diagnose, does not recommend doses, and does not check drug interactions. Every clinical decision recorded in it is yours.

Liability

Our liability in any dispute is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from downtime.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we email the address we have for the clinic at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept them, stop, without penalty. Ask for a copy of your records before you go.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, have jurisdiction.
