Registration takes a short form, not a paragraph.
Type the last four digits of the number. If he has been here before, his file opens with every past visit. If he has not, the form is name, phone, age and sex.

The moment the token is issued, the waiting-room board shows it. He can see his place from the chairs.

Open one link on any TV, or an old laptop plugged into it. Now serving, and the next three tokens. It updates within seconds of pressing next.

Complaint, vitals, notes, prescription. Keyboard-first, so your hand never leaves the keys and your eyes never leave the patient. Ctrl + Enter closes the visit. It saves as you type.

The prescription prints on the clinic letterhead.
Standard dosing instructions print in 8 Indian languages, Telugu first. Free-text advice stays in English. A 1-0-1 line prints as Morning & Night, after food, for 5 days.

Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission builds rails for records to travel between providers. No live ABDM connection yet. Patient records include ABHA fields.
